The Sacramento Athletics picked up a win at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, downing the New Orleans Ghosts, 4-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for Sacramento was left-hander Kyle Harrison, who played a pivotal role in the win. Sacramento reliever Dylan Floro picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. J.P. France absorbed the loss. The win gives Sacramento a season record of 9-3.
The Oriole Park at Camden Yards crowd went wild in the bottom of the seventh when Andrew Vaughn won the game for Sacramento with a run-scoring single. Vaughn went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once in the contest.
"Our team showed some spunk," said Vaughn.
