In a low-scoring tilt between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Detroit Tigers, 32-year old right-handed pitcher Jakob Junis was the difference-maker. The Milwaukee right-hander spearheaded the 1-0 win. The winning pitcher was Junis, now 2-0. He tossed 5.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 5. Colin Rea picked up his 3rd save of the season.

In the bottom of the third, Gavin Lux delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 1st and 2nd, the Milwaukee second baseman hit a run-scoring single, putting the Brewers in front, 1-0.

"There's never a lack of effort in our clubhouse. We're willing to do the little things to get the win," Lux told the Milwaukee Today.

With the win, Milwaukee upped its record to 7-6.
