Diamondbacks Lose to Yammets, 3-2
The New York Yammets picked up a win at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, knocking off the Arizona Diamondbacks, 3-2. On the mound for New York was right-hander Charlie Morton. He played a key role in the triumph. The save went to Adam Ottavino, his 6th this season. With the victory, the Yammets upped their record to 9-5.

New York took a 3-2 lead on Justyn-Henry Malloy's 3rd home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Malloy hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Arizona pitcher Merrill Kelly visibly frustrated.
