Tigers Walk It Off for 7th Win of Season
The performance of Jon Berti proved critical in helping Detroit beat New Orleans, 13-11. The Tigers third baseman was 3-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The 'W' lifts Detroit's record to 7-9.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Berti hit a sinker from Wade Miley for a 2-run home run. The Tigers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Berti.
